Scottish Technology Showcase 2010
Bright Purple will be exhibiting at the first ever Scottish Technology Showcase 2010, on May 26th. Following the launch of “Enabling Technologies Strategy for Scotland”, the event builds on a proven record of success and widens its remit to incorporate a broader range of technologies, applicable to a wider audience across Scotland’s key industry sectors.
The event will focus on four main themes: digital economy, low carbon economy, health innovation and high value manufacturing. The common denominator is technology, which has multi industry application.

Over one day, up to 100 companies will showcase the best of Scottish industrial capability in technology to a combined domestic and international audience of over 750 delegates.  The event will also deliver the opportunity to get an insight into the capability and technology being developed in Scotland’s Universities through the collaborative Research Pools that have been established with the support of the Scottish Funding council.

Key note speakers will include BAE Systems, Microsoft and CISCO.

The ability for any global economy to attract and retain top talent in its industries when it is growing is one of the key factors to realizing success. Bright Purple, are one of Scotland’s largest independent recruitment specialists in the technology and financial services sector and well placed to understand the needs of these companies, having been providing services to an International client base since 1995.

We look forward to meeting and speaking with you on the 26th May in Glasgow.
